Blueberry Syrup



2 cups washed fresh blueberries

1 cup white sugar

3 TBS lemon juice

1/4 cup filtered water

2 TBS cornstarch



In a small skillet add blueberries, lemon juice and sugar and simmer

In a small bowl combine water and the cornstarch , mix well and add into your blueberries.

Stir on medium heat until hot and thick .


Serve with pancakes, waffles, over scones or muffins.
